I feel that this photograph is prepared and composed very well. You have set up different elements to make this photo feel whole and I really love that! ^_^ The way you have used your knowledge with depth of field shows here. You can see that you have spaced the main subject and the background subjects to have a certain outcome and impact in the photo and that worked out really well.
The soft colours that compliment each other well in the background help the main subject to stand out even more than just having her as the focal point. All the colours work well together even with this stand out.
This is a very original and creative set up with the subjects you have chosen to have in this photo and I like how the leaves are in the background which kind of match up with her having flowers on her kimono and hair. And having the glass vial infront of the leaves gives them a bit of a different look and feel, very cool.
